Experts Consulting is looking for a D365 CE Consultant to join our team and expand our Pakistan-based Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Team. We are seeking individuals who have experience with implementing D365CE implementations working directly with customers to drive out requirements, provide business insights, and consult on industry best practices. Past experience with implementing Dynamics 365CE is required.

Experts Consulting is the global provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement solutions for professional services, Legal & Construction firms as well as other project-driven organizations. We have offices across middle east and Pakistan Region.

1. You will be working with a highly experienced, collaborative, supportive, and fun team.
2. You will work for one of the Experts Dynamics providers in the region.
3. We are 100% dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics 365, so we have no other lines of business or competing priorities.
4. You will be working with Support Consultants to design and develop new modifications for existing clients, support previous modifications, and assist with support issues where needed.
5. You will work with clients and various businesses and business models.

• Consulting with SME / enterprise customers on their D365CE Implementations
•  Requirements gathering, gap identification, functional specification documentation
• Experience as lead with new implementations
• Experience with upgrades
• Basic Qualifications
• BS/MSc/BA degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the areas of D365CE / CRM
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within various Dynamics CRM modules to include Sales,  Customer service and PSA, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365
• Worked in the Professional Services domain
• Consulting experience in enterprise environments

Travel: approx. 50-75%  (subject to the pandemic)

Location: Anywhere in Middle East (We will wherever possible place you on projects that are local to you)

This is a full-time position requiring a minimal amount of time traveling, primarily in the middle east, and working from client sites. Work from a home office when not at the client site.
