As a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide full-cycle implementation, consulting, configuration, training, installation, and support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics ERP. You should possess deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, and Bank Management, along with exposure to other modules such as Inventory, Supply Chain, and Project Accounting.
JOB OBJECTIVES
Job Requirments
- Collaborate with client teams across various business units to gather requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics ERP Financial Modules based on those requirements.
- Advise customer organizations on solution usage, bridging gaps between the standard product and their business processes through creative configuration.
- Prepare Business Process Discovery Requirements and functional specifications for customizations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with Management Reporter 2012, including report configuration.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots to demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics ERP functionalities.
- Develop process flows, conduct gap analyses, and create business mappings by understanding multiple enterprise systems and their high-level functions.
- Test developed features to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Plan and execute data migration using DIXF and other migration tools into Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Create user manuals, prepare training presentations, and provide training to end-users.
- Deliver pre-go-live and post-go-live support to end-users.
- Take on additional duties as necessary for the role.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- CPA or Cost Accounting certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant and AX 2012 R2, R3, or AX 7/D365FO is a plus, with Microsoft Dynamics AX certification being advantageous.
- Minimum of two years of ERP implementation, configuration, system design, or related business experience.
- Strong experience in configuring General Ledger, Bank Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Management Reporter.
- Additional experience in Expense Management, Multi-company, Project Accounting, Trade, and Logistics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Localization Requirements and Financial Policies and Procedures is beneficial.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preference for locally-based candidates.
